Are you feeling overwhelmed, low, or unsure where to turn next? Life doesn't pause for us to catch our breath. Between work, family, and personal responsibilities, it's easy to lose sight of who you are. If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or bipolar disorder, you're not alone—and you don't have to navigate it by yourself.
My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where we can work together to better understand your unique challenges and develop a treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs. Whether you're balancing a demanding career, caring for your family, or simply trying to get through each day, I am committed to meeting you where you are with compassion, respect, and evidence-based care.
